The Magimix Gelato Expert is a premium Italian ice cream maker designed for customers who want natural homemade gelato, ice cream, sorbet, frozen yoghurt and granita without pre-freezing a bowl.
Its integrated cooling system freezes as it churns, so you can add your ingredients and create frozen desserts in under 30 minutes. Three automatic programmes cover gelato, ice cream or sorbet, and granita, while manual mode gives more control for confident home dessert makers.
The dual-bowl design includes two 2L stainless steel bowls, one fixed and one removable, making it easier to produce two batches in succession. Storage mode can keep the finished dessert at the correct temperature and texture for up to 2 hours.
